RETURN & REFUND POLICY
R&B Beauty & Fragrance accepts eligible return requests made within 14 days after delivery.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
To qualify for a return, the item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. Any protective seal must remain intact. For health and hygiene reasons, opened or used fragrances, cosmetics, and beauty products cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
REQUESTING A RETURN
Before returning an item, contact us through our Contact page at www.randbbeautyandfragrance.com/contact. Please include your name, order number, the reason for the return, and photographs when the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Do not mail a return until you receive return instructions and the correct return address. Because our products may ship directly from different suppliers, unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for return-shipping costs for eligible returns unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable unless required by law or the return resulted from our error.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRCT ITEMS
Contact us within 14 days after delivery if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Include the order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging. After reviewing the request, we will provide the appropriate replacement, return, or refund instructions.
REFUNDS
Returned items will be inspected after they are received. If the return is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for us to process an approved refund. Your bank or card provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be canceled only before processing begins. Once an order has been processed or sent to a supplier for fulfillment, it may no longer be canceled. After delivery, the return terms above will apply.
This policy does not limit any rights available to customers under applicable law.
